A) Store Manager for Oman/Bahrain
Job Description :
A store based role that consistently delivers the Customer Service Proposition through commercial decisions / activities, local market awareness and the development of an effective team; Adopting an own business mentality towards driving sales and delivering excellent customer service; Meet and improve upon agreed Business and Store level KPI’s; Focused upon delivering the Mango Brand / Jawad retail standards; Development of own team for future promotion (succession) opportunities; Accountable for controlling stock levels within the store and ensuring stock loss remains within the agreed budget
Qualifications :
Extensive store management experience in a fast paced, fashion retail environment; sales focused, self-motivated and possess excellent team-leading abilities; excellent English communication skills; must be able to contribute ideas and able to motivate and effectively drive the team reach business targets and ensure the top performance of the store;
Salary Package :
2250 USD + incentives based on sales target

B) Assistant Store Manager for Oman/Bahrain
Job Description :

Qualifications :
Candidates should have similar previous experience within the fashion retail industry and an exceptional track record of managing a store and a team. A passion for retail and sales focused; should be self-motivated, ambitious and possess excellent team-leading abilities; excellent English communication skills
Salary Package :
Between 1060 – 1600 USD + incentives based on sales target

C) Asisstant Sales Advisor for Qatar
Qualifications:
MUST have at least 6 months work experience as Sales or certificate in Customer Service; VERY GOOD English Communication Skills; must be outspoken, with positive attitude; team player, can work under pressure with no time constraints; ability to make transactions with customers and make sales.
Salary Package : 960 USD + incentive based on sales Target
